Please fill out all fields above, enclose a check or money order drawn in the equivalent of $13.95 in U.S. Funds for each software package, and mail to the address at the top of the form.  Allow 2-4 weeks for the check to arrive, and funds to clear, plus additional time if funds are insufficient.  I will then email your software to you at the indicated address upon clearing of your check.  In order to keep costs down, at present, only electronic delivery is supported.  You must be able to receive an email which is approximately 1.0 MB in size.  Thank you for your order.
